I'd be interested in that last question myself. Of all the voices
Microsoft could have chosen for narrator, it chose the absolute worst.
To some extent, all those engine 4 voices sound as if someone has them
in a choke hold, but, as I recall, Mary and Mike are tolerable.
RealSpeak represents a drastic improvement.

installed
all the voices. Samantha is to rough I like Jill better. how can I
delete
