I was going to ask a related question. Does jaws have a built-in keyboard help
system. something you could toggle on and it would say the key like semi colon
or where you could pres insert+semi colon on a laptop, and jaws would say
insert+semi colon, route jaws to pc cursor for example?

Subject: Using Jaws to orient a new user to the rest of the keyboard!

"To begin reading with JAWS, put your middle three fingers on the numeric
keypad, with your middle finger on the number 5, the one with the raised bump.
Your pointer finger should be resting on the left arrow (NUM PAD 4) and your
ring finger on the right arrow (NUM PAD 6). This is what I call the Home Row

for your fingers on the Number Pad."

Do any of you know of a tutorial or any other form of instruction like this to
orient a new user to the rest of the keyboard, the function keys, the alphabet
or typing keys, ETC ETC ? Standardization seems to be the problem such as the
difference between a windows 102 and a windows 107 keyboard. As ever I am using
Jaws 6.0 with Win XP home. Your information will be immensely appreciated.
