Using Excel and Jaws?

Hi,
I need to create a spreadsheet or table, not sure which, and I wondered if I
can do this with Excel and Jaws 7.1! I've never used Excel before, so I'm
wondering how complicated this will be?
I need a document that shows the following:
Client Name Date Open Race Income Type & Result Time Spent
Unit Cost
Claudia
Join either of my groups; the first is for visually-impaired women, while
the other is for people wishing to discuss homemaking issues.
