You just log in to your server using the ftp client and then use the
standard copy and paste commands there is no need for a up load button
as you put it. You can even define your ftp server to my network plases
so you can just treat it as one of your drives.

I use the ftp built into windows. I find it to be as jaws friendly as
any even though you have to use some command line language which is not
hard to learn and use.
