instead of
jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx
and
unsubscribe
as subject and leave the edit area free. If you just want to stop
getting emails of this list you can alternatively set your membership to
vacation by
set vacation
insted of
unsubscribe

I tried to unsubscribe by putting unsubscribe in the subject line of the two
email addresses I had for this list but I'm still getting messages. Does anyone
have any suggestions?
