Hi Mathew,
I am just curious, have you tried going into the windows task manager? You do
this by pressing control Alt and delete. On older systems, this command was
used to shut down the computer. But I've found on the newer Dells this does not
happen. This command should bring up the task manager. Look at the applications
that are running. If the program isn't in there, maybe it's something that got
into your control pannel. I hope that helps. Have a wonderful day!

I have a similar program and I have no idea what it is. Every time, when I
first log in to windows, or when I close a program, instead of going to the
desktop, it says:
GOZ dt serv holder dialog"
And the dialog is not visable.
What is this, and how do I get rid of it?
