Uninstalling the JAWS ILM Authorization.

Hi Folks:
I have a problem with my winxows XP Pro operating system and I have to reformat
my hard drive and re-install Windows again. Could
anyone direct me to the way I uninstall my Jaws ILM Authorization and return it
to my keys on the web server of FS?
Your help is urgently and promptly needed because I have to do this process
tomorrow.
