Uninstalling internet explorer

Hi list,
I have not been able to use IE with jaws for quite some time. Jaws
crashes when I open IE and outlook express. After many trryels  I have
decided to uninstall and then reinstall it on My machine. But I don't
find IE in the list of programs in add/ remove programs to uninstall it.

Please suggest some ways to correct the problem so that I'm able to use
IE again. For your information I have windows XP PRO with jaws 7.
