Re: Unable to edit email

Have you enabled any other input language apart from English United States?
I had a similar problem when trying to use some East Asian input languages.
Press Alt+Shift continuously to switch between the installed input
languages. If Jaws says only English each time, you do not have any other
language installed. This may be a rare probability but you may try it
anyway.
