Transferring Favorites from one computer to another

I'm using JFW 5.0 AND Windows XP Home and I'm trying to transfer my Internet
favorites from my former computer to my new one. Both have the same versions
of JAWS and Windows XP, but I haven't been successful in transferring those
favorite links.
Can anyone tell me how to do this.
