I don't know about the numbers on the CD jacket or where you talk about, but 
you'd still need the serial number, the 5 digit number you refer to if you 
need tech support, the 20 digit code is to authorize it, I don't think you 
*need* the code in jfw help, or I never have, as long as your computer is 
connected to the internet.  again, I don't know about the other one you 
mention having not got my CD yet but is that the authorization code?  just 
curious.
