Title reading in excel and word 2003

When I set jaws to read column tile in excel or in a word table it
insists on reading the title in a different voice. I can see that would
be helpful to many people only I find it extremely anoying, agravating
and down right distracting.
Is there a way to prevent this behavior. I have rummaged through
verbosity settings, voice settings and through the scripts and I have
not found anyway to alter this. From rummaging through the scripts it
looks like it may be hardcoded in one of the precompiled [no source]
scripts.
Can anyone shed any light on this.
