  5.  The problems do not occur with jaws 7.0

from nVidia corp.



  7. I installed over the beta 7.1



  8. No I haven't tried a repair of jaws, since I just installed it 2 hours ago 
and got no error messages during the install.

    1. What operating system and service packs are you using?  
    2. Are you using Outlook Express bundled with Internet Explorer 6.0?

    3. How much RAM do you have?

    4. What speed of computer do you have?

    5. Do the same problems occur in JAWS 7.0?

    6. What video card do you have?

    7. Was this the first time you had installed JAWS 7.10 or Did you update 
from a prior build of 7.10 or install over the top of what was on your machine?

    7. Have you tried running a repair on JAWS 7.10?



    How to do a repair on JAWS 7.10.

      

    1. Locate the executable file you used to install JAWS 7.10 and press Enter 
to launch it.

    2. When the wizard comes up you should be asked if you wish to modify, 
repair or remove? Choose repair.

    3. Press Enter on Next.

    4. When the repair completes, please reboot your machine. 



    Doing a repair may solve the problem. If you continue to have difficulty,

    I have a problem with Jaws 7.10.  When I use outlook Express.  Almost every 
time I close Outlook Express, jaws will loose speech and the only way to get 
jaws working again is to reboot the PC.



    Please let me know what other system details you require and i will send 
them to you.
