In other words what you are saying is that it might not even be on my
end?  I have looked every where to see if I can find some thing that
could cause this problem and I see nothing that can account for it.

hi. This only seems to happen on replies to messages.  for example right

now, I looked at the original message that Jim sent, and there are no
=3D20=20
or other strange symbols in the original message in he thread, but
replies=20
seem to have them.
  So, if you replied to Jim's original on this thread, check your
Outlook=20
express or other client settings, and make sure that  you are posting in

plane text instead of html, and that the option for using quoted
printable=20
is turned off. In Outlook express, in the options, find the html
settings=20
button, and make sure that the  Mime message format encode messages
using=20
combo box is set to none.
