They have been promising that this product will be out for quite a while
now, and it doesn't appear that they are any closer to a release now than
they were the 4th quarter of last year.  I think it will be great if they
ever come out with it.

Well, according to the information on the site, they got the rights to build
the device from Blazie.  The P2RD would be great if it does all they say it
will do, but who has ever seen one?  I don't think I'm brave enough, if
brave is the word I'm looking for, to plunk down a $950 deposit just to see
if they will come through with a Portable Print Reading Device.
