Hi,  also to your point below there has never been much logic in the way
they decided these things in the past.  
The system they seem to be using is very logical and fits with
programming standards.  As I pointed out in another message what thoughs
standards should be.  How-ever the fact that they have been inconsistent
in the past Leeds me to recommends that you always check.

yeah, it's really important to slow down, pay attention and actually
read 
what the webpage says. If it's a free upgrade, they'll tell you. If it's
a 
pade SMA update, they'll also tell you.
I know lots of folks are in a hurry, but it's really important to read
the 
info that FS posts on their site.
