Hello everyone,
I have just updated someone's Jaws from 4.5 to 5.10 in
XP home, and for some unknown reasons, text selection
in MS Word, Wordpad and even Notepad using shift +
right or left arrow key doesn't work at all. However,
selecting text with shift + control + arrow keys is
fine. Same results with Jaws 4 and 4.5. When I try any
kind of text selection with Jaws 5.10 in my own XP,
there's no problem. Any explanation and or solution?
