Thanks to both of you. I was so convinced this was a JAWS function that I
didn't even look within Word itself.
That will teach me. I guess I'll need to be more patient with those who
post questions were answers are easy to find -- if only they would just look
first.
Honestly, I did look -- though only within JAWS documentation.
Again, thanks.
For anyone else who encounters a mess of a document like the one I was
dealing with, the convert, particularly if one chooses to separate the cell
data with the paragraph marker works like a charm. Even automatic numbering
is preserved -- which won't be if you try to copy and paste out of cells.
