To save a step if you are comfortable using a decimal point, you can multiply 
Celsius by 1.8 then add 32.
Thus 10 Celsius times 1.8 equals 18 plus 32 equals 50 and so 10 Celsius equals 
50 Fahrenheit. I am used to working with decimals and find this way even faster.

Okay, sigh, you got me curious and got me to install it, smile.
It appears it does.  In fact if you run it and then press insert f11, it
shows the temperature in the system tray.  It shows it in Celsius.  So then
I did a search on google for a conversion page.
Found one at

I don't know what the temperature should be though, so I don't know what
good it did me, ha ha.
