If Akapella is SAPI (4 or 5, though 5 is much better) compliant then all that you need to do is install it, possibly restart JAWS and then create or modify a voice profile to use it. If Akapella is not SAPI compliant it would appear from the Synthesizer and Braille Manager that JAWS can not use it.
