Hello,
Has anyone use a program by Aspect called E-WFM before?
http//www.aspect.com/products/wfm/ewfm.cfm?link=hp_prod.
http://www.aspect.com/mm/pdf/products/wfm/Aspect_eWFM_Suite_ds.pdf
This is a scheduling program that can be used for many groups within a company.
It is highly tunable and tracks everything.
I am wondering how accessible this program is?
Thanks for your help and have a great day.
Bill
