You're welcome, Gene.  There isn't any need to take such a tone, as if you 
were addressing delinquent junior high school children who hadn't read their 
homework assignment.

It's very nice that you know this term.  I don't know anyone else, on three 
fairly sophisticated mailing lists, who calls the system tray by that name. 
Nor have the tech support people I've spoken to at Freedom Scientific over 
the years ever called it anything but the system tray, themselves.  But it's 
always nice to learn a new term.  So thank you very much, also.

If either of you pay attention to the XP documentation that is the correct
name for the system tray. Just look in the Start menu setup tab under
settings on the start menu.
