the only thing you can try is to uninstall JAWS removing shared components, and then reinstalling. Your user seettings can be left in place. If that doesn't work you will need to call fs tech support. Recently I tried updating JAWS with the update manager, and for some reason it caused my system to do a startup repair. The computer starts up fine now, but now when I try to load certain programs I'm getting all these error messages about the system being unable to load several JAWS related files. After hitting all the OK buttons the programs work, but getting all these pop-ups is rather irritating. Here are some of the dialogs I get. Internet Explorer: FS Dom Server Cannot Load Language Specific DLL (FsDomSrv.enu). FS Dom Server will attempt to Load the default Language DLL OK After pressing OK I get, FS Dom Server Cannot Load Default Language DLL (C:\Program Files\Freedom Scientific\Shared\FsDomSrv\10.12\FSDomSrv.enu). Exiting FS Dom Server. OK After hitting OK a second time Internet Explorer works fine. For Windows Live Mail, when trying to open or write a new a message: SysFader: wlmail.exe - Bad Image C:\Program Files\Freedom graphic 775 Scientific\Shared\FsDomSrv\10.12\FSDomSrv.enu is either not designed to run on Windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support. OK I also get the language DLL message that I get in Internet Explorer. I've tried repairing the JAWS installation and it hasn't fixed it, and I'm starting to doubt that completely removing JAWS will either. I chose not to remove my personal settings, but all shared components should have been replaced. Any ideas?
