Please report this to support, and please let them know this is the same
problem Chip Orange reported.

They've had me reinstall jaws over 6 times, using different combinations
of things, because they said no one else was reporting this problem.

I can even make it happen with a jaws-own dialog such as the one to list
the system tray icons (insert plus f11). It also happens with
applications such as outlook.

It's happened to me in both vista and xp.

Rebooting, as you say, seems to be the only possible fix.

Please please call phone support.
Please let them know my open ticket number is 173493 where I'm having
the same exact issue.

thanks.

Chip
