Starting JAWS from the login prompt?

Okay, the thread regarding JFW in the login prompt raises an
interesting question. How would one start a JFW session from the
login prompt after a user has turned it off? I tried exiting JFW,
logging out, then hitting my JFW hotkey after having set it up to run
as a service, but nothing happened. I could log in regardless, and
after I logged in, I ran the program as per normal. However, has FS
documented a way of starting it from the login prompt, rather than
having to actually log in first?
