Hi Jim,
There is more than one place that you can download spybot 1.3!  Here is
three web sites that you can find the spybot 1.3 download.  If none of
these work, let me know and I can somehow send you the file.  Remember,
before installing it, I recommend going to JFWlite.com and reading the
helpful hint on spybot.
