Hi Tracy,
1. Open Ad aware and make sure the window is maximized
2. Tab to the scan now button and hit space bar
3. Now this is where you choose the scanning mode
4. Now Jaws won't read the choices, but there are three listed in this
order: 1 default system scan, 2 custom scan, and 3 quick scan.
5. If you will root Jaws to PC (Insert+Jaws cursor key), and arrow up to the
top of the window, then arrow down until you hear 'select scanning mode'.
Now arrow down one more time and you should hear the first choice defualt
scanning mode. Make sure the radio button is checked for this one. The
defualt scanning mode is the longest and thoroughest scan. If it is not
checked, you will have to move the Jaws cursor over to the radio button and
left mouse click on it to activate it. If it is checked, then your ready to
scan. Hit control+N to start the scan.
