Hi Lister,
Not always, sometimes when I listen to a NFB banquet speech the text 
version, it stays the same as far as the pitch goes, once in awhile 
listening to an e-mail it will drop.  What I do is hit the control button, 
then hit insert down arrow.  Dave Hutchins
