Sound Forge preferences

How does one find the state of items in the General options list and the Toolbars list in Sound Forge. Jaws 7.0 and 7.1 beta as well as Narrator and WindowEyes don't read the state of the items in these lists.

I want to use the Snowman's scripts for Sound Forge 7 and am using the trial version. It is suggested to turn off the toolbars but I can't tell which ones are checked.
