Sorry to hear about the damage. I think you need to contact your distributor
or Freedom Scientific directly to authenticate your serial number and your
level of upgrade. Either should have that information for you. Then you
should be able to download whatever you are licensed to have.

Subject: Software Replacement?
Hello,
In September of 2008, we had a major flood here, in Northwest, Indiana, and
I had a box full of software, in my basement!
In that box was my JFW software, my two latest versions.
Is there a charge for replacing those discs? I can prove the flood and
damages we incurred, if necessary. I didn't find this out, until now
because I need to re-install my software on a new computer that we
purchased, for Christmas.
