Smart Tag

Happy New Year,
  Hi Friends, When I'm in any word document, as I arrow down I keep hearing, 
the words, smart tag, so my question is: how do I get jaws to stop saying that?
  If you can help me it would be greatly appreciated. Could you also send the 
instructions step by step.
