Sharing Files Between 2 Computers

This may be a huge request to ask of all of you, not sure how complicated this 
would be to do.

I have one laptop which uses Windows XP home edition and Jaws version 8.

My other laptop uses Vista home premium and Jaws version 9.

I would like to set these two computers up to share files from My Documents.

I have a wireless router.

Would anyone out there be willing to give me step by step instructions on how 
to do this?

Remember, I'm the one who needs step by step instructions!  (smile)
