Once you are in the tools menu which you may need to press right arrow to get to if you have more than one version of jaws installed, up arrow will eventually take you to uninstall jaws. Pressing enter on that will begin the uninstall process by telling you that the install shield is loading. You will eventually be presented with a dialog asking if you want to remove shared components. If you have more than one version of jaws on your system and wish to use the remaining version(s) of jaws down arrow to the no radio button to leave shared components. press enter or tab to ok and press enter or space and jaws will be uninstalled. ----- Original Message ----- From: "TrueBlue" <billy@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: <jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx> Sent: Monday, December 22, 2003 10:58 AM Subject: Re: Setup Again HI, as I'M new to Jaws, can you please tell me how to get to Instilation/Maitinence?
