Settings in MS Word?

Hello Everyone:
Would someone help me set-up some settings on my MS Word XP? If responses
cannot be sent to the JAWS list, send them to me off the list. My E-mail

Okay, this is what I am requesting/ needing.
1. I need the readability static's to come up everytime I run a spell check.
Can someone show me how to do this?
2. I would also like to create an office header on my MS Word document, but I
would like for this to come-up every time I bring up MS Word? Can someone show
me how to do this?
3. Can someone show me how to insert stationary edit fields into my MS Word
document so that everytime a particular document is brought up, it has these
stationary edit fields on it?
4. Lastly, Please tell me how to include all of the sounds MS Word makes?
