Setting up appointments - Outlook 2003

Hi all,
How do you set up an appointment in Outlook 2003 with Jaws 8. I want to select
a time the other person is available when setting up
the meeting. Sometimes I need to set up meeting with one person, and other
times have to invite multiple. How can I do this with
Jaws 8?
