Pretty simple to do.

1. highlight the cells that will represent the row(s) and column(s) you will
want spoken. In your case, just the cell at A6, if that's the title row and
title column.

2. Alt+Ctrl+R will set the row title region.

3. Alt+Ctrl+C will set the column title.

4. Then you're set.

Subject: Setting up Rows and Columns to be read by JFW

    Hi,

I had a computer crash at work and I am trying to get everything set back
up. The problem that I have right now is setting the rows and columns for my
timesheet to be read as I go across and down the spreadsheet entering my hours.

In the past, I went into the insert v window and went to Title Reading and
set it according to what I thought was correct for reading the columns from A6
to W6. For the rows I wanted the A6 through A17 to be read as I went across
and filled in the hours.

I have been able to get this to work in the past, but now I have gotten
myself very confused and it seems that everything that I try does not work.

Can someone tell me the exact items that I need to change to achieve the
above settings?

I am using JFW version 11 and Excel version 2003.

    Thanks for any help,
