Ray, just a guess here. If JAWS is reporting everything is blank, this may
mean that the contents of the screen is encapsulated in an image. If this is
the case, then no screen reader would be able to use it, even if you make
scripts, set files, etc, as screen readers cannot capture text encapsulated
in this way. As I say this is purely a guess. Hope that helps.

Subject: Sersey and JAWS Scripts
Hello All:
I spoke to a client that works for a library system where they are using
Sersey as their circulation system. The client tells me that Sersey is
not accessible with JAWS. As accessing Sersey is integral to him being
able to do his job, he needs to be able to access it. JAWS says the
screen is blank when it is not.
I suggested he try a demo of Window-Eyes and System Access To Go to see
if they work any better. However, what I'm wondering is does anyone
know of JAWS scripts that will work with the Sersey system? If not, are
there consultants or script writers in the Philadelphia, Pennsylvania
area who would be able to help write some scripts for Sersey?
Any help or ideas will be greatly appreciated.
