Okay, when I tried to do a system restore, I could not do it because
apparently the wrong script was being used. When I used Jaws key plus q, I
just heard q. I could tell that the navigation quick keys were on because
if I used an f or other quick keys, that would work, but that is not making
the system restore feature available. How can I load the correct script?
Or, what else can I do to make this feature work with Jaws?

If the scripter wrote the scripts correctly jaws key q will report the
script being used and this is the best way to insure that you are using
the right scripts.
Also jawskey 0 will open the script editor where you can see the source
code for the script. If the file opens relating to that program being
used then the correct scripts are installed.

I can't say anything about properly, but some scripts have a help
announcement. Insert H can tip you off that they have been installed.
