Hi andy,
Well, of course you can read an open OE message by invoking Say All, from
any point in the message you choose to start at. That wasn't the issue at
hand. Peter was referring to the way Jaws can automatically read an email on
its own when you open it, and how that *resembles* what happens if you press
Insert down arrow in OE or elsewhere. Sorry if that wasn't clear.
