Re: SP2 for XP has serious bugs

Alan,
I've installed SP2 on an XP Home machine and am not experiencing the
page-loading problem to which you referred. My only beef with SP2 that I have
seen had to do with changing my desktop settings, taking it back to an XP
default style rather than the classic desktop which I had set up. That was an
easy fix. The other problem with SP2 was with the security settings, again a
small adjustment under Tools>Options that had to do with HTML, as no graphics
were loading when I clicked on a link in an e-mail to go to a specific website.
Problem solved. I don't know why my machine would work and others would not,
but so far no real problems with SP2 to speak of.
