Hello listers,

There have been quite a few messages regarding problems with service pack 2
for Windows XP Home and XP Pro. Some of the problems are conflicts between
JFW 5.1 and this service pack, but there are some serious bugs in this
service pack which have nothing to do with JFW.

One of the bugs in SP 2 will be seen when you attempt to access an Internet
page which requires a secure connection, (such as pay-pal, banking, and
on-line ordering). You won't get a proper page-load. What you'll get is a
blank page.

I heard a computer tech-support guy on a radio show say that you should
un-install SP 2, because it is seriously flawed. Once again, it looks like
Microsoft is using it's customers as beta-testers to find the bugs in their
software.
