I'm using JFW 6.2 and it's a problem on both Windows 2000 and XP.

  This is a problem I've had for many months, with no solution from FS.  So, I 
guess the solution is don't use a USB keyboard if at all possible.

    Does the PC have a keyboard connected via the USB port?  If so, then this 
will be a problem.

      My friend installed JAWS version 7.0 on his machine. Almost everything 
works fine except one problem we have discovered. When I asked him to route 
JAWS to PC, JAWS didn't announce any. Actually, it didn't work at all! And my 
questions are, is there any settings that can fix this problem? One thing, is 
this the default you get when you install this version? I remember I 
encountered something settings for this a long time ago but, I'm not so sure if 
this still exists or that settings is really existing. Hope my questions are 
clear.
