Return Receipt Button in Eudora?

Hi folks. Is anybody else using Eudora here?
I'm using the latest JFW 10 and Eudora 6.2.5.6 Paid edition. I can't find the return receipt button in the compose new message window.
There used to be a line full of buttons near the top, things like private, priority, return receipt, etc. Now all I see is priority, and a couple scroll buttons. Is there some way I can return this functionality? 

Could it be a problem with the JFW scripts for Eudora?
