There seems to be a slight misunderstanding here.

The function "Reply directly to sender" is invoked by:
Jaws key plus shift plus r
where the JAWS key is the insert key on the desktop keyboard configuration and
the Caps lock key on the laptop configurations.

The command is used ONLY for lists, that is you respond directly to the
individual sender and not to the entire list.

  Roger,

Sorry to you, but again using Outlook Express Ctrl+R replies only to the
sender. Ctrl+Shift+R replies to all. It's also in the Message menu, so you can
verify by looking at the choices.

    Hi Dave,
I do believe that you have the commands backwards. This command can be
easily misinterpreted.

      Rick,

Alt+R? Node. in Outlook Express Ctrl+R reply only to sender, or
Shift+Ctrl+R reply to all.

That's not the keystroke I have used to reply to someone. Try using
Alt+R.

          Hi Marc,
The advantage with this way is to generate only a reply to the sender
and not to the entire list.

            Hey there,

I am using jfw 10 with Outlook Express and XP. I always just
highlight the message I want to reply to in the message list or tab into the
message body window. From there, I just hit control + r and it opens the reply
window, I've never used the shortcut you're referring to.

Not sure if this works in jfw 11 but it's worked in every version
I've used, unless I am misunderstanding what you want to do.

            Hope this helps.

            -Marc

(shift+jaws key+R) doesn't function consistently, maybe only one out of ten
times. I am using OE and XP Pro. Version 10 appeared to be alright. I would be
curious if anyone else is also having this problem.
