Wait a minute. Do you mean the problem is something as simple as that FS
accidentally left the script that runs this function out of subsequent
releases and updates, and that's why it doesn't work as it is supposed
to?
And you can fix it by doing this? If it's so simple, and so many people
have
reported it, why doesn't FS just fix it?
This is a little confusing to hear.

Yeah, me too. Sorry to say. It was a nice convenience while it lasted.
At
least I know how to copy a sender's address from an email into the To
header
field when I begin a reply I want to be off list. But that's a lot more
trouble than the Reply Directly to Sender function was for a few months,

couple of releases ago or so.
