  this steps is not necessary for jaws 7.10, FS has set the keystroke for it. 
the keystroke is JawsKey+shift+r

  hello!

  you need to put a keyboard short cut or keyboard stroke for this command.

  1. While in OE, press insert + 8, to bring up the Keyboard manager.
  2. Once it is load, press your tab key once.
  3. Look for the "Reply directly to sender"
  4. Once you found it, assign the key stroke you want.

    In earlier versions of Jaws I had installed the scripts for replying 
directly to sender.
    I understood that this feature was automatically available in Jaws Ver 7.1. 
I have tried the hot key combo Alt-control-r and 
  Control-shift-r and neither of these works.
    Is there a new hot key combo or does this script function have to be 
manually installed. Thanks.
