Chris, we use terminal services at work with Jaws, and it stinks to high
heaven.

Again you are correct. You must be running Remote Desktop, Terminal
Services or Citrix. Remote Desktop/Terminal Services are built into
Windows; Citrix I am not sure. Probably something you have to pay for.
