Hi

If the release was postponed, why can one then download and install Xp sp3?

  Microsoft has postponed the release of Windows XP Service Pack 3. A
compatibility issue with SP3 and Microsoft's Retail Management System was
discovered.
  The same bug affects Vista Service Pack 1. Microsoft did not say when it
will begin distributing XP SP3.
