Reading in Acrobat

Hi,
Does anyone know if it's possible to have Jaws read through an entire PDF
document in Acrobat Reader without having to manually change the page? It
would be kind of nice to be able to just sit back and listen without having
to change the page everytime the end of a single page is reached. I'm using
Jaws 6.0 and Acrobat Reader 7.0. Thanks in advance.
