Hi there,
I never thought of trying to manipulate the words with apostrophe with the
Jaws dictionary. That was a good idea, and I did try some things that you
can try to see if it also works on your system! I tried it with eloquence
and with my deck talk express, and it works for both of them. Go to the
default dictionary manager so the changes you make will work in all
programs.
For each new entry just hit the add button, type in the original word, then
type in your change and hit okay. When you leave the dictionary manager, it
will ask you if you want to save the changes, and just say yes! Here are
the changes I made:
don't to doughnt
hasn't to has unt
haven't to have unt
isn't to is unt
It's to its
I am sure there are more changes you can make, but this is all I did so far!
Notice the spelling of the changed word.
